One of my brides (Shelby) introduced Laura & I, and I could not be more happy that she did! Laura + Lawson are such a sweet and God-fearing couple and I was truly honored to stand beside them and their family and friends and watch them tie the knot. It was seriously perfection. Lou, their sweet chocolate lab even made an appearance! Laura and Lawson had a pretty large wedding party and you know what? I’m HERE FOR IT! It was so amazing to see what an impact these sweet friends of theirs made on Laura and Lawson.
One part of the day that stuck out the most is that everything felt so easy! After having their original wedding date postponed, Laura and Lawson were just ready to be married. Every detail from their wedding day was carefully thought out and executed beautifully. I loved their neutral colors and thought it went so well together!
I had so many moments from the day that I absolutely adored but the two that stuck out to me the most was Laura’s first look with her dad…cue the tears guys. Seriously. It was so incredibly sweet and exactly what a first look is all about! You can tell they share such a special bond. The second moment was a literal miracle. I was in the right place at the exact right time to capture my most favorite image from the day. As Laura and Lawson were praying with their family at the alter, Lou looked up as they were holding hands and I. ABOUT. LOST. MY. MIND. It was SOOO hard keeping that image under wraps for a couple of days until I could go back and find it. Let me just tell you it did not disappoint.
Laura + Lawon’s wedding was exactly all the things I love about weddings. Built on Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After!
Congratulations you two! Have fun in Key West and soak up some sun for me!
